Nadine Bargout, originally from Belarus, reflects on a career spanning over two decades as both an orchestra member and a solo violinist. At the age of fourteen, she began touring Europe with the Chamber Orchestra of the Belarusian Music College, performing across various countries.
Upon graduating from the Belarusian State Academy of Music with bachelor's degree in solo violin performance, orchestral studies, and instrumental pedagogy, Nadine successfully passed an audition and joined the prestigious Minsk State Belarusian Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra as a member of the first violin section. She had 6 remarkable years of experience touring all over Europe, both as a member and occasional soloist of the Belarusian State Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra.
Before her recent relocation to Canada, Nadine had 14 fulfilling years of performing and teaching experiences in Dubai. As the concertmaster of the Abu Dhabi Symphony Orchestra, she frequently led symphonic and chamber performances for renowned artists such as Andrea Bocelli, Michael Bublé, Jackson 5, Pink Martini, and George Fenton for his BBC project in Abu Dhabi "The Blue Planet." Among her cherished memories with the NSO was her performance of Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto under the baton of Andrew Berryman at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi.
Beyond her performances, Nadine was a leading violin instructor in the UAE, conducting masterclasses and adjudicating competitions, with many of her students achieving success in international competitions.
Even as she settles into Toronto's classical music scene, Nadine remains eager to collaborate with fellow musicians and continue her musical journey with sincerity and dedication.
