Bios
Toronto-born Alexander Panizza lived in France, England, and Argentina, where he received the Konex Prize as one of the classical music outstanding personalities. He has performed in over twenty-six countries around the world, with more than forty major orchestras. His discography includes Alberto Ginastera’s complete piano solo works, Beethoven’s Sonatas Cycle, and pieces by Guastavino, Clementi, David Winkler (Naxos) and Ravel (Akashic/Universal). Alexander Panizza teaches courses at Lakehead University and gives regular masterclasses internationally. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Piano Performance from the Royal College of Music (London).
Nadine Bargout’s career spans over two decades as both an orchestra member and a solo violinist. Graduating from the Belarusian State Academy of Music, she joined the Minsk Belarusian State Chamber Orchestra, touring Europe for six years. Before her relocation to Canada, Nadine spent fourteen years performing and teaching in Dubai. While serving as the concertmaster of the Abu Dhabi Symphony Orchestra, Nadine performed Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto at the Emirates Palace under the baton of Andrew Berryman and led orchestras for such renowned artists as Andrea Bocelli, Michael Bublé, Jacksons 5, and others. Nadine is the founder of the project "Concerts of the Senses", which she geared to touch the deepest corners of people's souls.
Grace Kyung Rok Moon earned her master's in Music Performance from the University of Toronto with Remi Pelletier and an MMus in violin performance from the University of Alberta with Robert Uchida and Guillaume Tardif. She won the U of T Felix Galimir Chamber Music Award in 2022 and the Alberta Baroque Ensemble Competition. Kyungrok Moon regularly performs with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and has attended festivals like Toronto Summer Music, Salt Spring Chamber Music Festival, Del Lago (Mexico), Schlern International Music Festival (Italy), and Shanghai Music Festival. She has received several scholarships and studied with notable musicians. She is the principal viola of the Kingston Symphony Orchestra.
